What the session is about

This session is all about using the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK to build smarter, more useful Copilot-driven collaboration experiences.

We get to talk about building actual AI-powered collaboration experiences with Microsoft 365, not just the shiny “look at this cool demo” version. We’re going to dig into how to build agents that do useful work, where the SDK is genuinely helpful, and where it still feels a bit like wrestling a dragon with a keyboard.

The idea is simple: if your team is already living in Teams, SharePoint, and the rest of the Microsoft 365 universe, why not make the boring repetitive work disappear? We’ll look at how to build agents that help with everyday tasks, automate the stuff that drains time, and integrate AI services in a way that actually feels practical instead of theoretical.

It is a hands-on, code-curious session for anyone who wants to move beyond “prompting a chatbot” and into building tools that are genuinely useful for modern collaboration.
