For a couple of years, I was a happy Site5 customer. Then came EIG (Endurance International Group – named after the endurance they require of their customers), and ran Site5 to ground. I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing a first-class web hosting provider become a shadow of its former self.

I’m documenting my experiences under tag “site5”. I’m actually lucky, since with some help from another web hosting provider, I was able to move all of my sites away from Site5 without any super long outages. I did have to fight them to get back my money – and that took some bloody time!
